If you are unable to attend a Course, you must inform your Line Manager and the Support Team by fax on : 020 8227 2304. Non attendance will be monitored and failure to do so will result in your Manager being informed. Training places are valuable. If you are unable to attend, there is usually someone on the waiting list ready to take your place.
Attendance Certificates will be issued on completion of a Training Course, usually Certificates are provided on the day.
