Who is the Course/Module intended for?

Multi Agency Disciplinary Course for all staff working with children and families.

 

What will the Course give you?

• Knowledge for working within a diverse and rich culture.
• Understanding how to achieve best practice.

What will you be able to do at the end of the training?

• Understand a summary of key messages and requirements in practice from the MacPherson Report, SSI Report, 'Excellent not Excuses' Legislation, Policies and relevant statements.
• Understand the application of child protection to families from diverse communities.
• Understand risk management and effecting change within families from different cultural backgrounds.
